This rotation during your first year is mainly secretarial. Not exactly as dramatic as it looks on TV (although I have not seen it on TV, but I assume it is dramatic). So far, so good. I have already jumped in with both feet. Ben and I are really getting to learn a lot and carry a strong patient load. We have done nerve blocks, lumbar punctures, EJ's, thoracentesis, splinting and more!
